As a Realtor, Designer and Builder we guides his clients through the process of building with an experienced professional team from concept to completion. Our Financing/Realty/Design/Builder format is structured to be accountable when it comes to the budget – as our clients will attest to. Based in Jupiter since 2002 Atlantic Realty and  Building Company is now offering our services to the Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale area.

Atlantic Realty and Building Company is looking to develop long term relationships with investors to redevelop waterfront properties in Southeast Florida. We offer investors the opportunity to build at our cost in exchange for an agreed percentage return on the projects net profit. Our process is seamless, we locate the properties, we use local bankers, we create and build a project with our in-house realty-design-build team and we manage the marketing and sales.
